How do you set Seasons as your Android live wallpaper?
Open the Seasons app, pick a scene style, then apply it as your wallpaper and choose whether it goes on the home screen, the lock screen, or both. Android shows a preview first, so nothing changes until you confirm.
What you need before you start
Seasons is an Android live wallpaper, so it needs a device running Android with live wallpaper support — which is effectively every Android phone and tablet. It is a one-time purchase with no ads and no subscription, so there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to unlock later.
Some scene styles ship their artwork as a separate download, so it is worth being on Wi-Fi the first time you try a style you have not used before.
How to apply the wallpaper
- Open the Seasons app from your launcher.
- Choose a scene style from the STYLES grid. This is the artistic look of the landscape — Classic, Sakura Anime, Mediterranean Coast and fifteen others. You can change it at any time, so pick anything for now.
- Tap “Set wallpaper”. Android will show you a full-screen preview before anything changes, and ask whether to set it on the home screen, the lock screen, or both.
Nothing is committed until you confirm on that preview screen. If you back out, your existing wallpaper stays exactly as it was.
Home screen, lock screen, or both?
This is Android’s choice rather than the app’s, and all three work. A couple of things worth knowing when you decide:
- On the lock screen, you see the wallpaper in short glances, so the day-night sky and the weather effects are the parts you will notice most.
