1. Who We Are (Data Controller)

The data controller responsible for your information is Catalin Prata, operating as KazyDroid ("FunCode"). For any privacy question or request, contact us at catalin.prata@funcode.ro.

2. Information We Collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. We do not require accounts and we do not ask for personal details to browse the Site. We process:

• Analytics & usage data — via Google Analytics 4, when you consent (or, outside the EEA/UK, by default). This may include pages viewed, links clicked (for example, clicks on our "Get it on Google Play" buttons, recorded as a play_store_click event), referring page, approximate location derived from your IP address, and general device/browser information. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers.
• Attribution / marketing data — basic campaign parameters (for example utm_source) from the link you arrived through, stored in your browser's local storage (kd_attribution) only after you consent, so we can understand which channels bring visitors to our apps.
• Consent preferences — your cookie choice, stored in your browser's local storage (kd_consent) so we can remember it.
• Hosting / security logs — our hosting provider may automatically log technical data such as IP address and request information to operate the Site securely.
• Information you provide — if you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

• Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — for analytics and marketing/attribution technologies. You may withdraw consent at any time (see "Cookies & Consent" below).
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — for operating and securing the Site (e.g. essential hosting logs) and for responding to enquiries you send us.

4. Cookies & Consent

For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, analytics and marketing technologies are disabled by default and load only after you accept them in our cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode to enforce this. Outside those regions, analytics may load by default.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the Site footer, or by clearing your browser's cookies and local storage. Declining means no analytics cookies are set and no attribution data is stored.

5. Third-Party Services & Processors

We rely on the following providers, who process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies:

• Google Analytics — website analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data.
• Firebase Hosting (Google) — serves the Site and may log technical request data.
• Google Play — our apps' download destination; visiting Google Play is subject to Google's policies.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. International Data Transfers

Our providers (including Google) may process data on servers outside your country, including outside the EEA. Where this happens, such transfers are intended to be covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in our Analytics account. Consent and attribution values stored in your browser remain until you clear them or they expire.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten");
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• request portability of data you provided;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.

9. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through it. Some of our apps are designed for children; where that is the case, those apps are built to limit data collection and to comply with applicable requirements, as described on their Google Play listings.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including serving the Site over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
